Put my twenty six years of buying and selling experience to work for you! I am a Realtor, based in Collingswood, and am an expert in the local market.   If you are looking for a Realtor with passion, enthusiasm and deep expertise, you have come to the right place!

I am a Philadelphia transplant, and moved to this area in 1990.  As city kids, my husband and I wanted to raise our family in a small town. Collingswood was perfect! Still close to the city, it had a diverse housing stock, a downtown business district, walkable schools and plenty of parks.

 I started my real estate career in 1994, looking for a more flexible career in sales and marketing after having my first child.  Inadvertently, I found my dharma!  After a few years in the corporate world, I discovered that I really preferred being an entrepreneur.  It was the early 90’s and Collingswood was not so trendy!  I immersed myself in the community, volunteering and promoting the area as a wonderful place to live and raise a family.  I served my community in many ways; the Planning Board , President of the Proud Neighbors, helping with the formation of the Collingswood Farmer’s Market, Junior Women’s Club, Business Improvement District, and many years of PTA.   I had a lot of fun doing all of this because I love living here and have made lifelong friendships along the way.

My love for this community continues.   As an empty nester, I enjoy this area for different reasons.   I like to walk and bike around the pretty streets and many parks. I enjoy our local yoga community and the great restaurant options within walking distance to my home.  I now love Robert’s Pool for the half hour of adult swim. 

My children are all grown and gone now, but they love coming back! Their Collingswood education helped set them up for a lifetime of success. They value their memories and experience of growing up in a small, diverse community. 

Over the past twenty six years, I have sold hundreds of houses, walking my Buyers through financing, home selection, home inspections, and negotiations, and helping my Sellers get their homes ready for sale, financing if needed, handling negotiations and repairs, where most homes are 100+ years old.    I have personally renovated and sold many homes, managing contractors, making design decisions and staging.  Having lived and worked in this area most of my adult life, my local market knowledge is unparalleled.
